Museum welcomes GMPTA

The Museum of Transport was pleased to welcome members of Greater Manchester Passenger Transport Authority (GMPTA), who visited the Museum on Friday 19th September 2008.

Members are pictured below in front of 7001, which was used to transport them to and from the Museum.

7001 was the first production vehicle of many standard buses designed by SELNEC (now GMPTE).
